We will work with you to arrange that your survey is carried out at a time that suits you and your developer, prior to handover.

Within 24 hours of your home snagging survey being carried out, you will receive a clear, fully detailed report. It will include photos and an explanation of every issue identified.
The report will arrive by email, in an easy to forward format, that you can then share directly with your developer/house builder. When your developer receives the report, they will arrange to fix any listed defects, free of charge.
We will be on hand to answer any questions and continue supporting you until you are completely satisfied that your developer has delivered a home that you are happy with.
If need be and upon request, we can return and carry out a further de-snag visit and report.
