If your builder has completed the repairs listed in your inital snag report, we can return to your property, to check that all remedial work has been carried out correctly and to the expected standard.
This follow‑up visit focuses on confirming that all issues have been resolved and actioned. You will then receive an updated de-snag report, giving you total peace of mind that the condition of your home is as good as it should be.
